Psychotherapy with Lucy

Interval is a self-care companion between sessions. It supports, but does not replace, therapy or professional care. It is not a crisis service and is not monitored.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent mental health support, call NHS 111 and select Option 2. You can also call Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7), or text SHOUT to 85258.
